Nova was formed in 2000 and had its genesis in test and evaluation, system safety, certification and human factors.  We have rapidly grown to be one of the pre-eminent providers of specialist engineering services to the defence sector.  Over the past five years, we have expanded our expertise to a broad range of complementary services across a range of industries; including the government, utilities, aerospace, mining and rail sectors.
